Villain Arts is a nationwide tattoo convention circuit, and for the first time, they're coming to Jacksonville, Florida. I've been an exhibitor with them in Tampa, Savannah, and Raleigh, and I expect this one to be the best so far, but maybe that's because I'm a Jax guy.
